Since my first article on Substack, I have been campaigning for a United Mankind Initiative with the aim of establishing a United Mankind Organisation as a second world organisation alongside the United Nations. I have set out the reasons for this in a further 22 articles. First and foremost, organisations and groups in civil society that are striving for or advocating a new, democratic world order were addressed. This part of civil society is already networked with each other or forms coalitions to campaign for specific goals. But this is not enough to achieve these goals. What is missing is a binding organisation with a democratic structure based on the will of serious world citizens.
In order to provide an overview of the coalitions and networks that currently exist in civil society, I have provided links to the sites that I know of.

It can be seen that the lists and collections of colourful logos are similar and sometimes even identical. At first glance, there is an extensive interweaving of NGOs with the same or similar fields of work. These connections actually only exist on the internet and rarely in the real world. Over the past six months, I have written to all these NGOs and submitted my proposal to found a United Mankind Initiative. There was hardly any response. From the few replies I received, it became clear to me that these organisations are far too preoccupied with themselves and their own ideas. There seems to be no interest in broader perspectives.
My mail campaigns have also revealed that around 20 per cent of the NGOs listed apparently no longer exist or have deleted or not updated their websites. Many of the groups and ‘movements’ also seem to consist of just a few people and a website. Their foaming at the mouth, on the other hand, is impressive. This gives me the impression that this civil society would not be able to set up a United Mankind organisation at all. Some actors do nothing more than post a naive meme on social media every now and then to promote their business. I also have to say quite clearly that there are some questionable backgrounds with a lot of nonsens.
My ‘Codex Mondial Campaign’, which I launched at the beginning of this year with the aim of reaching individual world citizens, has not met with any significant response either. The participants in the ‘Netzkraft Movement’ are similar to civil society groups. It is also not a real network. Many people only sign up to draw attention to their own concerns. That's why I cancelled my email campaign with half of the more than 4,000 participants in ‘netzkraft’. The majority of people still seem to believe that it is the sole responsibility of political decision-makers to fix the world. In view of the current and future world problems, this is a fatal error. I see a small glimmer of hope in the planned ‘Global Citizens’ Assemblies’, if this concept materialises.
Unfortunately, I currently see no real possibility for humanity to penetrate the ‘Great Filter’ into a better future. The vast majority of people lack the necessary consciousness for mankind. World politics is permeated with irrational elements and remains hostage to national interests.
It is therefore with deep regret that I end my advertisement for a ‘United Mankind Organisation’.
Thanks for the text. What do you think about using decentralised tech and methods as blockchain and DAOs to promote and practice global democracy ?
